Level 2

At this level, individuals often have 2+ years of experience in the accounting field within a business setting. Some may have earned titles like ‘Chief Bookkeeper’ or ‘Accountant’ due to their tenure, but lack formal education in the subject. Their knowledge is typically gained through on-the-job training or guidance from an external CPA. These individuals may need assistance in reconciling bank accounts, making adjusting entries, understanding accruals, handling payroll entries, and addressing the various nuances that arise throughout an accounting cycle.
