About Us
After 40+ years of teaching financial and managerial accounting plus about 20 years of selling accounting software, I have come to the conclusion that there is a severe need for employees who know how to run the financial operations of a business. Many times the bookkeeper/accountant has been promoted to that level based on time with the company and the knowledge of how the company operates. But, does that employee know the whys and wherefores of their job? Can that employee answer all of management’s questions about the contents of the financial records? Can that employee track financial transactions from the journal entry to the financial statements?
Because of my observations, I have decided that this type of education is a necessary ingredient to your company’s success.

The bookkeeping courses come in 3 levels:
Level 1
I’m just a beginner or I have done some bookkeeping work for my employer but I really just type up invoices and record the collections. I also pay bills by writing checks. But I don’t know anything about the accrual basis of accounting and how that can help my company..
Some students in this level have from zero to 2 years worth of experience to this field in a business setting.
Level 2
This level is for the person who has worked in bookkeeping/accounting or has been elevated to the title
