We know business owners want solutions now, not 16 weeks later, such as a college would provide. We run the classes with a cadence to match your business.
This is intensive learning, so we only want strong, mature students who want to learn and provide solutions for their employers. Please don’t apply if you don’t want to learn. Unlike some schools, we are not babysitters. If you come to class to learn, you will learn, and you will leave with the skills to solve financial operations problems.

This is a learning institution for people who really want to learn the subject of bookkeeping. This is not a place for slackers. If you check the job postings, there is a strong demand for bookkeepers, and the salaries being offered are quite generous. Why? Because there is a shortage, the laws of supply and demand. And the more you get “into” your employer’s business, the more valuable you become. Eventually, you become the employee who has to demand for vacation time because management can’t live without your business acumen. And with those demands comes that hefty paycheck.

At Biz Prep Academy, we offer three levels of bookkeeping courses in Houston, TX, designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re just starting out or you’re looking to refine your skills.
Level 1
Perfect for beginners or those with limited experience. Learn the fundamentals of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and the core skills every bookkeeper needs.
Level 2
Perfect for those who have some on-the-job bookkeeping experience but need a deeper understanding of accounting cycles, accrual entries, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Level 3
